Recognizing these issues, Brett & Jack worked to simplify the process and provide the highest level of customer service.

Jack, a former manager in the business process outsourcing industry, moved to Florida where he met his current business partner, Brett Kelsay, a former infantry marine. As they grew to know each other, they recognized that their morals and values aligned.
